Benefits of Regular Physical Activity
A program that I create for you, and your determined effort to stick to it, can benefit many areas of your life. It can:
- improve your mood, sleep and sex life
- combat chronic disease
- help manage your weight
- strengthen your heart and lungs (see this article for more details)
How Can I Get Started?
Step 1:
Fill out the "Initial Interview" from the link on the right.
Step 2:
Comment on this post, e-mail or call me to set up a time for the free consultation which includes:
- body weight, circumference and BMI analysis
- body fat analysis
- fitness assessment for cardiovascular, strength and flexibility
- discussion: general fitness and nutrition history and understanding
Step 3:
I will make you a personalized program. You can have the program to do on your own, or I can help you implement it.
Ideally I like to meet 1 time/week to do a great workout and then leave it up to you to do the rest of the workouts I prescribe, but I can meet up to 5 times/week.
I can come to your home or meet you at a number of outdoor locations that I love. I will go to Paso, Templeton or Atascadero. I have to get a babysitter so going much further then that is more difficult.
